tipping is one of the few chances you have in lin life to make someone happy by spending an extra 5 or 10 bucks

Having paid my way through college bartending/waiting tables I fully understand this simple concept. I have no problems tipping more than 20% for good service, but I also have no problems leaving a note on the table with a $1 bill saying 'I could give a fuck if you're having a bad day, don't take it out on your customers'
