tipping... here we go again...
I'm going avoid standing on the soap box this time and basically just say tip for good service. It would be absolutely ridiculous to pay $200 to eat a dinner and not give a great tip to the waiter/servers if they do a good job. Don't get me wrong, I've left 17 cents on a table before and that was due to horrendous service. But bottom line is that those people live on those tips. If you can't afford to tip, then don't go out. Not tipping is an insult to a good server who depends on compensation for his service to live because he's making $5/hour on payroll for busting his ass since it's assumed that he'll make great money on the floor.
