Ireland: no guns easily available: Never been a school shooting. England: no guns easily available: Maybe one or two shootings. The list goes on.
People get pissed off and they use the gun because it's ready and loaded.
Ok this guy could have built a bomb but by then he'd probably calmed down and decided to just go get drunk instead.
