best thing to inspire creativity is to offer some sort of decent chill out area that people can just downtools and go chill for a while instead of working.
if you are expecting people to work late to hit deadlines etc then dont have them hard at it all day.
i used to work for a company that had a chill out room + kitchen that had tv, playstation, snes and tablefootball and massive sofas. and it worked.
creativity doesnt come when you are pushed, sometimes you just need to kickback for a while and relax and thats when the creativity hits you.
