Sorry to hear this man. It's a horrible experience, the humiliation, the feeling of helplessness and the aftermath cloud of anger when you question all the things you should or could have done.
I've been robbed twice too many times and swore to God it'd never happen again.
After all the martial arts I've taken in, I don't know if it's made me more prepared or more paranoid. I never listen to my iPod with both ears plugged in and I always take note of would-be weapons to hand around me when walking home alone at night.
