  I would recommend you pretend to listen to what ppl have to say, but stick to your initial ideas.

  At the end of the day, is something subjective, so there is no 'right' way of doing it.

  I think usability can be perfectly tested, but I dont think there is anything to 'test' on the way a website looks.
