I was paid hourly and have past pay stubs to prove it. I think that's the sinker though, because he's trying to argue that I didn't do the work so I shouldn't get paid.
Today he told me as far as he's concerned I only worked 20 hours in those two weeks, so I'm just hoping he hasn't messed with the time sheet (illegal) to reflect that crazy new math.
I just told my parents and my dad was like "Let him sue, he doesn't have a leg to stand on."
I just want to say thanks to everyone, I didn't expect this much positive (that is, reassuring) feedback.
