    Hey,

    Not sure if this what you're looking for but PST gets charged whenever you hand over a physical item.
    ie. - a printed brochure or stationery package

    not digital work like a website unless you hand over a backup CD or other physical media.

    If you design a brochure etc and put printing on a seperate invoice then you only charge PST on the printing invoice.

    This is what was explained to me by the PST person I talked to but I have also heard conflicting stories.
