You'll get used to it eventually. You have to train yourself.
Last semester I had to get up around 5:00am once per week to get to class.
I used to suck at it, but since I got to see my friends before class it made me more excited to get out of bed. I put the alarm on about one hour earlier too, so that I would turn it off in increments and eventually get up. It worked 80% of the time.
The suggestions above have been good. Try to think about something exciting or worthwhile that you'll be seeing/doing/working on during the day at work (hopefully you have something like that) and it eases the process.
