I have a tightly wound internal clock, up at 6:30 - 7 every day unless I've really tied one on the night before... generally in bed by 1:30 - 2am... Try as I may, I can't break the habit which started about 11 years ago, back when I worked at a lumber yard and having to be at work at 7am...
it's great now though, my office is a 10min walk from my flat, so I have a lot of time in the morning to do whatever, roll around with my girl for while, do some work, light yoga or just sit and read...
