you may want to try and find some melatonin. it's not available for sale here in the uk, but i bring it over from the states whenever i get a chance. it's a natural seratonin thingmie that just makes you drowsy. a couple of those and a chamomile tea before bedtime usually gets me in the mood to sleep. sleeping pills are just like smoking a huge bifta before bed, you feel wrecked all the next day, but these little melatonins seem to do the trick.
