LA lofts?

any cool LA lofts? I went to the downtown live shin-dig last month and the only two I was interested in was the Tokyo Lofts, which I later found out was next to the LA Shelter (scary) and 1010 Wilshire , which was in the upper part of DT. I think if you gonna flip anything in that area you might be safer in the financial district(upper DT), which was next to Staples Center. There's a whole lotta cool buildings sprouting up in that area such as shopping centers and grocery stores. If you do decide to buy be sure you get secured parking within the building or you may have to park couple blocks away and pay around a $100, which would be scary at night especially if you come home late at night, and to think of that most HOA fees are close to $400. More building are coming up in summer so I keep searching. Good Luck!
