i don't feel comfortable going into details about how it happened, but my NDE was very quick, or at least it felt like it.
I saw my whole life flash before me - all the significant moments, memoires and people...really quickly...and then I was rising..looking down on things and myself.
It was really bright all round like somebody was shining a light in my eyes and i felt so, so so at peace with everything and everyone...it was the most amazing feeling...not a care in the world.
Then I was in a garden, and standing there were 2 good friends and my 2 grandads that passed away. They were all standing together and waving. They said it was good to see me but I had to go back.
by all accounts my heart stopped beating and it took them a while to jumpstart me.
a part of me was sad when they did and as quick as that i was back here...from wherever I was..in my mind...another dimension...I have no idea. I know it wasn't a dream though...it didnt feel like one...
