  yeah..I heard about the prices..I'm gonna have to visit there as well..just to see how it is..I've heard so many people that it's awesome..it's more euro feel and cool to live in..

  I just can't see myself renting instead of owning..especially with prices like that..but i guess you gotta pay the piper somewhere..
