Much better to set up a camera with a tripod and remote-control, hang yourself upside down from the ceiling, wank and ejaculate on to your own mouth - take pictures, mask the light range highlights then use those channel in photoshop on the target image. There are textural subtleties in sprayed semen that are hard to fake in photoshop, so I prefer this purer, analogue method.
At least, it works well for when I'm sorting out the family flickr album..
