The western world assumes that they were NOT in violation of Iranian waters, but maybe they actually were. The 'confession' tapes don't look too cohersed to me. Accidents happen. Or perhaps they had an agenda that no one has admitted to yet for being in those waters.
Either way, at least Iran looks like they have treated them very well... more than I would expect. I just wonder, with Britain having to admit guilt of violating Iranian waters as a condition for their release, how easily that will come since Blair et al has vehemetly denied it all along.
