    people who "quit" smoking cigs like to put a shelf life on their end date. they usually estimate all their spendings and tally the total. they usually count the days passed from when they "quit".

    unfortunately, people that "quit" smoking usually go back as they keep the version in their minds of them smoking and cantwait til they start again.

    Quiters fail. dont be a quiter, just "stop" smoking, stop counting the days, weeks, months minutes, amounts of cash saved or spent, stop thinking about it, dont put a shel date of the time stopped [til the time your start again??]

    stop smoking like you never did, like you never ever smoked before.

    just stop like right now!
