Somtimes it's the average stuff that disappoints me most. His work is definnitely not awful, but I just found it amusing that it came up via adwords in my email. I never normally click those things but it was a UK designer so I had a look.
He also has his whole life story on his site and talks about his girlfriend etc, it just seems a bit odd.It made me wonder how many thousands of designers there are out there doing the same kind of work. Paying the bills but clearly not that passionate about it.
