Great thread guys.
As a youngster I lived in Prague and was often for my sins dragged around culturally significant sites - like the village of Liepzig (sic) and I vividly recall being taken to a concentration camp once (my parents knew how to show a young kid a good time). Anyway the point is even now I recall that yes Fraktur or something similar was very prevalent. But I also recall that futura seemed to be the type of choice for many of the exhibitions and museum pieces and it fitted perfectly. So are you trying to evoke the period, copy it or just find something to represent it?
Anyway, like I say great thread. Haven't seen something useful like this on NT for a few days.
*woke up too early this morning and have put my back out hence my bad mood.
