it's so hard to recommend PMS colors from outside of the project... do you have anything besides a screen color to work from?
And if it's just something on-screen, I'd make sure you reference the color on your client's screen when you go in to pick you final PMS color. It's almost certainly a bit different from what you're looking at.
And get them to sign off on the final choice!
