    i know you don't want it on the web, but sadly i use basecamp for pm, i use blinksale for invoices (the print well too, if i have to mail them) and i am currently lacking in the crm department

    i use a mixture of the apple addressbook and backpack...

    man, i should rethink all of this

    although blinksale is the one i am the happiest with, i will probly stick with it for a long while
