no it doesn't go against the comic book. and the tv series was lame anyways.
the hulk character has evolved and changed so much that there's not right or wrong hulk.
grey, green, nice hulk, bad hulk, dumb hulk, smart hulk, lame banner, super raging banner...it's been everywhere...and even in magic land with a green queen wife.
