Its that type of attitude "barb" that allows this type of thing to happen. Its not about growing a backbone or any other body part. I have not had nor have I interviewed with a female Creative Director at any point in my career...wonder why? Not saying that there aren't some out there but its kind of like Oprah...tokens aren't the rule they are the exception.

and...anyways i know it exists and when it does i fight for whoever has been wronged even if it means getting sacked or rocking boats but hard-done-by attitudes are SO annoying.
start your own company. make youself CD. stop waiting for permission to rock.
