I've definetly been in positions where there wasn't a glass ceiling...not saying that doesn't exist but there are still places you can fall into where it does exist...it may be a company culture (good ol' boy southern networking is no joke folks) or may just be a new found unspoken agreement amongst current management. Whatever the reason its there...can we put ourselves in situations where its less evident or non-existent. Sure.
