sure it's a rip, but who cares, happens everyday, visually and conceptually, we're not curing cancer here, step back and realise your own insignificance in caring so much for who stole whose image or layout style...
I'm glad I've moved into the ad world, so many designers are self-righteous egotists without a clue about what really matters...
