Two weeks ago my car was stolen in the middle of the night, driven several blocks north then pushed down a hill where it jumped a cliff and landed in front of this guy’s door in his backyard. The car, which I paid off last year, was totaled and I had only minimum liability insurance. Police indicated the same thing had happened in the same neighborhood two weeks earlier and they believed they knew who was responsible (an 18 year old) but were unable to prove it. I received $600 bucks, less $300 in towing charges for my 97 Honda Civic. Where is my justice?
