my boss is a woman, the next designer up from me is a woman also, both doing just fine one in business terms, teh other just for being a fantastic and extremely reliable designer.
If this profession has a gender based glass ceiling its the most rediculous thing I have ever heard, there is absolutley no reason for it. Maybe arc welding is a bit tough to break into if you possess a pair of tits, but design? surely not...
