Yeah I just got my HDTV so I assume others know what I'm talking about . . . my bad - but to define: 480i is standard tv resolution - it means interlaced which means that every other pixel fires at once or something and they blend together to form an image, but 480p means they all show at the same time which makes for brighter colors and smoother animations - on god of war 2 the effect is quite noticeable indeed -
composite cables look just like standard AV cables but are better- word to the wise - your tv has to have composite inputs for them to work.
