(Mar 22 07, 06:25)i was ecaxtly there this year, i was at $45 for the last 6 years, i gave myself the raise that no else could give me.
you have to do it for yourself. if you work for yourself as freelance then who else is going to give you that raise?
i am also lots higher than senior level as well as i have been doing product development for the last 10 years. so i felt i earned my raise.
