yeh, my experience with the customer support here hasn't been too clever either - took me 8 hours to let them know that my wifes phone had been stolen (during which time it was used to ring Algeria several times) and we had to foot the bill as it had taken us so long let them know!!!!
Anyone had good/bad/indifferent experience of this broadband service?
