I supposed it could be similar, but you're pushing it a bit.
The web end should be a hell of alot better with all the tech based business that goes on there, but it's not. It is getting better though.
I have a bunch of links at home that I could ship you later.
If you don't mind French, I would suggest Montreal as a better suited place to work.
