Best advice I ever got?
Do what you love and the money will follow.
Maybe what, a full year ago now I jumped ship from the cushiest job I ever had. It was a good pay, the people were great, every summer we'd get super hot and super dumb interns, I could literally not come into work 3-4x a month and it wouldn't get charged to my time off... but the quality of work sucked, my boss was clueless and I knew exactly what I was going to be doing at that company for the rest of my time there and that didn't sit well with me.
If I wanted to grow as a designer, and eventually move my way up the ladder I had to take a chance and leave. It was hard but a year later I'm moving up the ladder by leaps and bounds and it's been the best choice ever.
I guess you really just have to ask yourself what you want and what you're ok with. Staying at the same level and having fun, or thinking 5 years ahead as to what and where you want to be in your career.
Good luck man.
