1. there was a guy from NT who works there or used to work there. and yes they are fun bunch. and open enivronment. great folks
2. yes the projects range from all around. they also heavly work with Y&R so you will get projects ranging from MSN, Jaguar, Ford, etc.. good stuff.
3. not sure about benefits but i know they like to get drunk and have fun :)
