Shorten the intro. Or at the very least let me know how long I gotta wait for the thing. The way it is now you're forcing me to watch the intro, forcing me to sit through very slow transitions, and giving me no feedback how much longer I have to wait. What if I close the page and come back, does the user have to sit through it again? I would re-think this a bit and go back to the client and explain the reasoning behind this being a bad idea.
I like the layout. The transitions from page to page are nice but I'd rethink some of the photography. The blurred woman on the green XAN page is creepy.
The site seems really slow. Could you speed up the animated transitions a bit? I feel like I'm stuck in traffic ya know.
The colors are really nice.
Going to the projects page. The navigation moves on me. I'm not sure I'd advise that. Could it have stayed on the bottom?
