It could be quite difficult. It would be best if you found a job before you moved here. Are you willing to pay for your own legal fees? that could make it a little bit easier. Maybe get in touch w a headhunter in the Philly area to see if companies are willing to pay. Unfortuntely, I would assume there are many talents in the Philly area and it's not necessary for them to import someone from the UK.
