i'm happy that my parents understand that i took away good things from what they taught me, even if we don't agree 100%
it was a struggle for us to accept each others values at first, but they realized that we turned out to be a good, kind people, and they are proud of that...
i can only hope to be so lucky if i ever have kids of my own.
