My wife was a virgin when we got married. I unfortunately was not. It was tough to wait but I'm really glad we did. Our sex life is absolutely, daily basis, multi-orgasmic insane. Anybody who thinks Christians don't have great sex is living in an 18th century convent.
My wife's strong relationship with her father was vital in her staying a virgin until marriage.
The idea that one needs to take their significant other for a 'test drive' before making the commitment of marriage is utter bullshit. If you love them, if you are attracted to them, if you have passion, and if you are committed 100%, then a good sex life will follow. The sex will be much more enjoyable for having waited; I unfortunately can vouch for the truth of this by mistakes I've lived.
