I would pick the ones you know you can work well with.
Wages are just digits in the bank account after a while..assuming you've got no moeny worries and both roles are paying the same.
It s what happens at work and what happens outside of work that matters. Are the people better to work with in one role than the other? And will you have a better life outside of work in one role than in the other?
And the kicker for me is which one is the shorter commute and in a decent area.
