oh yes.. booq's quality is low, they design a sleek styled product but use low end quality hardware ie. not YKK quality zippers and thus the zipper teeth break down very fast even out off production.
do a find for "laptop bags" "macbook pro" below...
in the last few weeks there has been like 10 great threads covering all the info you need.
go thru every post as most have great linkage.
