My friend and colleague that i work with lives in Miami (have been there myself). the scene is very vacant. It seems like the perfect environment: heavy tourism, lots of cultural events, lare Latin american influence, etc... But little is happeneing. Very difficult to get a job. Even Pinkhaus is closing doors there.
I worked in boston for a while, and know it real well. Either stay or try for a different city than Miami. thats my advice.
