i never understood this whole BAPE admiration, especially not from those "culture-savvy" people who you would not expect to see them admire a brand to such insane p-diddy-esque levels. if you want to compare them with anything of the underground days, fuck that notion, BAPE is a massive brand that is all about being rich and richer and hardly carrying out any ideal or philosophy, it's all about slapping camouflage patterns on new Rolls Royces and be "cool" about it.
Big fucking deal. Nothing impressive about that rubbish for me. At least not to the extent of godlike worshipping that is happening nowadays.
