    so they have the japanese in subtitles, but not the french?

    i guess it is just a device so that something can happen later in the series. i still feel cheated.

    I understood most of it. Basically, Claire's grandma is frustrated that the Haitian Sensation allowed Claire to trick security at the airport, and the Haitian mentions that he did whatever he could and that Claire basically came back to find Peter.
