i thought that the work actually looked like a bad rip of the k10k/cuban council work...all their little pixel stuff....
it's in the same vein...but toke and mschmidt and the gang there usually do much much tighter work than the crap on the cnn site .....
'course little pixely guys and whatnot..lots of designers do work like that..but k10k is what came to my mind first..
