yes, kona, take the site down with a polite notice like others have mentioned.
People's attitude to paying for design is odd. If you'd sold her a car which she had owned for 4 months and you had no payment, you would take the car back (except it would never get to 4 months), I don't see why design is any different.
Since she's a friend you've given her lots of extra time but there comes a point where you have to be strict. That point has now arrived.
Did she sign a contract?
