You obviously didn't read the bit about his place, it sounds like a bomb hit it. Vinney - it's not the old pier is it?
My advice is go for a few drinks then hit the go-carts on the pier, then some more drinks, then buy her some fish and chips, maximum spend £20 and you'll almost definitely win her over, err probably, if not at least you'll have enjoyed it.
