Allright, I have a polar watch NT buddy. But I don't log heartrates cause my type of cardio exercises varies. I just bring it to keep an eye on the heartrate.
Kuz, about rice, yams and other fast carbs, have them right after your workout to get your levels back up fast. Erh, maybe you already talked about that. Didn't read the whole thread. Yet.
