    Not sure if its been said yet or not but exercise helped me a lot.

    I used to get dizzy spells that lasted days and sort of mini panic attacks.

    Now I walk, skate or ride for an hour a day on the way home from work and have been feeling better. Lots of water is good too. I used to think I was a machine that could survive on coffee, vending machine lunches and no sleep but I was wrong.

    Body gave up at 26.
