I know it’s easier said than done but i find doing something completely outside of any creative work helps, just boring stuff like house work or whatever keeps you active without too much thought behind it.
Depending on how stressed you are St. Johns Wart has helped me in the past just to take the edge off things.
As far as using weed to de-stress nah tried that but for me it’s something for recreational purposes once in a while, not something to rely on to help you mentally.
But I guess the best way is focus on something you're looking forward to, or begin thinking about a fresh new idea?
