During that time I was super stressed out for shits n giggles I went 3 days without saying a single word. Not one single word.

It was nice cause it gave me some quite time to reflect, but sad that none of my so-called friends called or anything in 3 days. haha.

yeah, silence. it is quite odd in what it can do to one's mind. it seems troublesome at first, and some hidden stuff can come bubbling up, but i also find it quite therapeutic.

silence is quite difficult in modern times. this is my recommendation. be silent whenever you can, but you don't need to be a monk to reap the benefits.

peace, good luck, and most importantly, don't forget to breathe. seriously. breathe.

It's weird for people who aren't as social or are more introverted. I tend to have random outbursts every few months b/c of all the stuff bottled up. But I'm sure it would change a bit in a different environment, and I'm not changing myself b/c there's nothing wrong with being quiet anyhow.
