I used to be super stressed out. I wasn't "sick" but I was 307lbs. High blodd pressure and cholesterol. People around me including mal and timajik we're calling me "angry man" b/c I was flipping out all the time.
All i suggest:
Excercise, excercise, excercise.Boosts the seratonin, gives you more energy and stamina, and allows you to focus.
I workout almost everyday, and also practice jujitsu and judo to help me relieve aggression. I also eat a lot healthier. So the combination of these lifestyle changes has made me a lot more peaceful and happier.
